Before you book
The public website is informational and does not process course payments or create automatic reservations. Any course place, fee, format, learning materials, timetable, cancellation window and payment method will be set out in a written booking confirmation or separate enrolment agreement. Please read that confirmation carefully before you make a payment or commit to a start date.
Because course arrangements can vary by format, location, delivery method and local consumer rules, the terms in an individual written confirmation will take precedence over this general page where they address the same topic. This page is intended to make the process understandable, not to replace mandatory legal rights.
How to make a change or refund request
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact Wedomari promptly through the contact station and state that the message concerns a booking change. Include the booking reference, the course or activity name, the scheduled start date and a clear description of the request. Do not send unnecessary payment-card details or sensitive documents through an unprotected channel.
We will acknowledge the request and explain what information is needed to assess it. A request is not considered accepted until Wedomari sends written confirmation. Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method unless another method is legally required or agreed for a practical reason.
Cancellation timing
Where a booking confirmation does not state a different rule, Wedomari will assess a cancellation request based on the notice provided, costs that cannot reasonably be recovered and any applicable legal right. Giving notice early gives the best opportunity to offer a transfer, credit or refund rather than leaving a place unused. A course that has already begun may involve delivered teaching, reserved staff time or accessed materials, which can affect the available options.
If you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period or another mandatory right, you may exercise it in the way required by the relevant law. If you ask for a service to begin during such a period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for the portion already supplied. We will explain any applicable treatment in the written booking information.
Changes and transfers
Where capacity and preparation allow, Wedomari will consider a request to move to another session, route or format. A transfer is not guaranteed: it depends on available places, differences in course fees, learner suitability, preparation already completed and the time remaining before the original session. If a replacement route has a different price, we will explain the difference before confirming the change.
Wedomari may need to alter a timetable, instructor, location, delivery method or activity where reasonably necessary. If a material change substantially affects the planned learning experience, we will communicate the available practical options, which may include a suitable alternative date, transfer, credit or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.
When a course cannot proceed
Occasionally an activity may be postponed or cancelled because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as severe disruption, venue unavailability, instructor illness, safety requirements or a technical failure. In that case, Wedomari will aim to give notice promptly and offer a reasonable alternative where available. Responsibility for travel, accommodation or other third-party costs is limited to the extent permitted by law, so consider flexible arrangements where appropriate.
Refunds may not be available for a missed session where no timely cancellation was made, where a participant is unable to attend for a personal reason, or where a service has been fully provided as agreed, subject always to mandatory rights and the specific booking terms. We assess exceptional situations fairly and welcome relevant context in your request.
Contact about a booking
Use the Wedomari contact station to begin a booking question, cancellation or change request. Please retain the written booking confirmation and any payment record until the matter is resolved. If you are dissatisfied with an outcome, tell us which part of the decision you would like reviewed and provide the supporting information you think we should consider.
